By downloading, installing, or using the NATab Chrome extension (the "Extension") and our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the Extension.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices owned or controlled by you, in accordance with these Terms.
Under this license, you agree NOT to:
NATab works strictly on a local-storage basis. Since we do not transmit, collect, or back up your data on external cloud servers, you are entirely responsible for the security and backup of your local dashboard settings. We are not responsible for any loss of bookmarks, clocks, notes, or checklist items due to browser cache deletion, extension uninstallation, or operating system resets.
THE EXTENSION AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
While we make efforts to maintain stability, we do not warrant that the Extension will function uninterrupted, error-free, or be completely secure from browser updates or API modifications by third-party search engines or background image sources.
IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVELOPER NAYEEM AHMED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, COMPUTER MALFUNCTION, OR LOSS OF PRODUCTIVITY, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE EXTENSION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
The Extension relies on third-party APIs (such as search engine redirects and Pixabay background image endpoints). These third-party services are outside our control. We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or content policies of these third-party operators.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms must be filed in the courts located in Bangladesh.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of the Extension following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
